Commonly overlooked covenants

 

• Fences and outbuildings - If your house backs up to the the golf course/green belt then your fence can be no higher than 4 feet and must be see through.
   

• You must obtain approval for any structures to be added to your lot, such as a shed, or any other significant changes such as addition of a pool or patio.

 

• Trash cans should not be visible from the street.  They should be concealed if outside, such as behind a fence or walled in, or placed in garage or behind the house.

 

• No overnight parking on the street
   

• No large vehicle or trailer parking on the street or driveway at any time
