2023 Homeowner Dues

If you have paid your 2023 dues, thank you! If you have overlooked  your dues, please pay as soon as possible. We have Statements for 2023 dues have been mailed. Annual dues are $150 and were due by 1/31/2023. Recently, past due statements were mailed out. Your statement provides a mailing address to remit payment. Or if you prefer to pay online using a credit card or bank account, you can email hoa.mgmt12@gmail.com to request and e-statement which will then provide you with a link specific to your account. Please note that paying via the link will include a convenience fee of $5.85. Please pay timely because the HOA has filed liens on seven properties for past due amounts.
